Clocks and Watches have been sold at 25 Blythe Road within Matthew Barton Ltd’s series of auctions since November 2010.

The Clocks and Watches Department covers the range of horological items, from early lantern clocks through to 18th and 19th century mantel, library, table and bracket clocks, as well as carriage and boudoir clocks and watches of all forms, including many of the famous names such as Patek Philippe and Rolex.

Among recent highlights are: A Sarcar gold pocket watch, circa 1970s, sold for £3,400, and a Patek Phillippe ref.2526 rose gold and gentleman’s bracelet watch, 1954, which sold for £27,000.
