A PAIR OF CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE BEAKER VASES, ‘GU’, KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)

each body with a central swelling section rising from a tall spreading foot to a tall trumpet neck, moulded around the exterior with bands of lotus lappet panels alternately painted with maidens and flowers divided by chevron bands and florets , the base with apocryphal six-character Jiajing mark, 43 and 44.5cm high
