with robust folding locking blade formed with a clipped-back point, signed ‘Jph Holmes Warranted Cutlery’ at the ricasso, German silver cross-piece (one quillon face missing), German silver pommel cast with foliage and a horse on each face, milled copper alloy fillets, mother-of-pearl scales and vacant German silver escutcheon, 15.3 cm (closed)
