gold and platinum mounts designed as two square finials each set with four circular-cut diamonds framed by calibre-cut rubies, supporting a double festoon of graduated millegrain-set circular-cut diamonds to a diamond and ruby square centre with pear-shaped diamond drop, signed Cartier, numbered 399 and 689, French assay and maker's mark for Henri Picq, accompanied by a fine baton link chain, 4.2cm long
