A LARGE CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE VASE, KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)

baluster, with slightly waisted neck, painted with figures in an extensive landscape with two phoenix and a deer, one group of onlookers observing a standing figure with a stream enclosing a dragon issuing from his mouth, the neck painted above a moulded girdle with four of the 'Precious Things' amid leafy tendrils, on a girdled spreading foot, underside with 'Sonorous Stone' symbol within double circles
